1. Commercial Dieline License Grant
Upon purchasing a single export pass or maintaining an active Pro CAD subscription, DielineKit grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to utilize the exported vector CAD files (PDF, DXF, SVG) for physical packaging die-making, sample cutting, commercial mass printing, and retail product manufacturing. No attribution is required on your final printed packaging boxes.
2. Prototyping & Prepress Verification Requirement
Standard Prepress Best Practice: Because actual paperboard calipers, flute moisture contents, coating varnishes, and die-cutting rubbering vary across different paper mills and converter facilities, you agree to cut and assemble at least one (1) physical sample prototype on your target board using a digital CNC sample table (e.g. Zünd, Kongsberg) prior to investing in expensive rotary or flatbed steel-rule dieboards.
3. Limitation of Liability
DielineKit CAD provides mathematical packaging calculations with utmost precision. However, in no event shall DielineKit, its developers, or affiliates be held liable for material waste, dieboard re-tooling expenses, production line downtime, or indirect damages resulting from variances in user-entered dimensions or converter equipment setup.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your user profile panel and will remain active through the conclusion of the paid billing period. If an exported dieline file exhibits a verified mathematical geometric defect, contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement export pass or full refund.
