Straight Tuck End (STE) Box Dieline Generator

Anatomy of an STE Folding Carton
The Straight Tuck End (STE) carton is engineered specifically for premium retail display. By placing both the top lid and bottom lid hinges on the Front Wall, the primary display panel (PDP) maintains crisp, smooth, folded score edges with no raw cut lines visible to consumers.
Dual Front-Hinged Closures
Both the top lid and bottom lid are connected to the Front Wall score line. When assembled, both closures fold 90° backwards into the box, sliding their tuck flaps behind the Rear Wall.
Rear Wall Thru-Cut Edges
The top and bottom edges of the Rear Wall are flat horizontal thru-cuts. When the tuck flaps insert into the carton, they slide against the inner face of the Rear Wall without interfering with any hinge creases.
Friction-Lock Shoulders & Rounded Corners
The tuck flaps feature precision locking shoulders with configurable corner radii (default 5mm). The curved profile prevents burrs or hang-ups during assembly, while friction locks prevent accidental opening during retail shipping.
Chamfered Dust Flap Clearance
Dust flaps on Side 1 and Side 2 feature 45° lead-in chamfers and automatic width deductions to prevent flap collision when folded inward beneath the main lids.
