Packaging Sleeve Dieline Generator
A sleeve is a printed four-panel tube with open ends. It slides over a tray, a bar of soap or a plain box to add branding at minimal board cost. Enter the internal size of the opening and export a die-ready template in seconds.
Anatomy of a Packaging Sleeve
Length (L) and width (W) set the opening the product or tray slides through. Depth (D) is how far the sleeve runs along the product. A short D makes a belly band; a full D makes a slide-out sleeve.
Four printed panels
Front, back and two sides wrap the product. Artwork runs continuously around the tube.
Glue flap
A narrow tapered flap joins the last panel to the first. It is glued flat at the converter so sleeves ship stacked.
Open ends
Both ends are straight thru-cuts. Add a thumb notch in your artwork if the tray needs to slide out easily.
For tray & sleeve packs, measure the outside of the tray and add 0.5–1 mm per side so it slides without scuffing the print.
